"I have already sketched a complete floor plan for a small residential build in New Zealand and hold the current site plan. What I now need is a set of construction-ready drawings produced in Revit and aligned with NZS3604 requirements for a high-wind zone.

I have given the floor plan i would like and a render. Also provided is example plans i would like created. I have the revit file of the floor plan if requested.

Level of detail: basic—just clean layouts, accurate dimensions and the essential notation that will let my engineer and council reviewer pick things up quickly. No expanded material specs or dense annotation packs for this stage.

All sheets must reference NZS3604 clauses where relevant (e.g., fixings, stud spacing in high-wind areas) and stay consistent in title blocks and scale. I will supply the site plan, my preliminary floor sketch (PDF/DWG), and wind-zone data on acceptance.

Deliverables
– Native Revit (.rvt) file with organized views and sheets
– Print-ready PDFs for each drawing listed above
