"I’m refreshing our event kit for upcoming road-shows and community workshops and need four coordinated pieces designed around our Capability Statement. The goal is to showcase who we are—an Indigenous-owned Australian business—by weaving our dot-inspired heritage into a clean, contemporary layout that still feels professional on the corporate circuit.

Deliverables
• Two pull-up banners
• A gazebo skin (roof and valance artwork)
• A table-front graphic sized for a standard exhibition trestle

Creative direction
All pieces must carry our logo and tagline, stay true to our colour palette and typography, and highlight the key selling points already spelled out in the Capability Statement. Visually, I’d like an even balance: authentic dot art textures layered within a sleek grid so the information remains clear at a glance.

Practical notes
– Please work from the PDF Capability Statement I’ll supply; lift copy directly where relevant.
– Final files must be print-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi) and supplied as AI or INDD plus outlined-fonts PDFs.
– Include 50 mm bleeds on banners and gazebo panels; table graphic to fit 1830 × 760 mm.
– Provide mock-ups so I can see how the set sits together.
