Project description:
"I’m building a next-generation package-delivery company anchored by an AI-run warehouse that simply will not let anyone get hurt. My top priority is full-scale warehouse automation, seamlessly tied to our fleet of autonomous trucks, with an automated emergency-response layer that overrides everything the instant a risk appears.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Design a complete AI architecture that orchestrates robotic material handling, conveyor logic, inventory vision systems, and dock scheduling—then hands off to autonomous trucks without human intervention.
• Embed real-time sensing, prediction, and fail-safe logic so the system detects any unsafe condition and triggers an immediate automated response (halt, reroute, or evacuate) before an injury can occur.
• Deliver a working proof of concept—simulation or small-scale pilot—that demonstrates zero-injury operation under stress scenarios, plus all source code, models, and technical documentation.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Simulation or pilot must run for 48 hours without a recorded near-miss.
2. Emergency response must execute in under 200 ms from hazard detection.
3. Handover to autonomous truck loading shows <2 cm alignment error and no human presence in danger zones.

Please outline your preferred tech stack (e.g., ROS, Python, TensorFlow, LiDAR/vision fusion) and any prior projects where you automated warehouse workflows or safety systems. I’m ready to move quickly once I see a clear plan and timeline." (client-provided description)
