"I’m setting up a subscription service that analyses home-collected urine and fecal samples and then pays participants for the data we extract. The heart of the product is an AI engine dedicated to kidney-function health diagnostics; everything else—from the postage-paid kit to the laboratory partner—already has a clear roadmap.

What I need now is a freelancer who can transform raw lab read-outs into accurate, automated insights. You’ll architect and train the models, build the API that the lab will hit with each batch of results, and generate a secure, client-friendly report that flags kidney-related anomalies and actionable next steps. Python, R, or comparable data-science stacks are all fine as long as the finished solution ships in a container and deploys cleanly on AWS.

Acceptance criteria
• Trained model achieving at least 90 % precision/recall on the provided validation data set
• REST endpoint that turns incoming CSV/JSON markers into a full PDF/HTML report in under 10 seconds
• Simple front-end dashboard for customers and clinicians to view results, built with React or a similar framework
• Clear, step-by-step documentation so another engineer can reproduce the environment and retrain the model

The service must remain HIPAA-compliant end to end, so please be comfortable working with encrypted data and secure pipelines.
