"I need a sleek, single-page real-estate site built entirely with clean HTML5, CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript. The user journey should feel like a guided tour: as visitors scroll, sections glide in smoothly with tasteful, GPU-friendly animations.

For micro-interactions, every primary call-to-action button and each property image should react on hover—subtle lifts, fades or zooms that feel fast and snappy without hindering performance.

Code must be modular, well commented and easy for me to tweak later. Please keep load times low, minimise repaint/reflow, and make sure the page remains fully responsive across modern desktop and mobile browsers.
