"I already have a complete PHP backend in production and a Flutter code-base for a small utility app. What I need right now is someone who can step in immediately, connect the dots, produce a signed Android build (AAB), and get the first release live on Google Play.

Here’s the current state:
• Backend/API: PHP, fully running on my server with endpoints ready.
• App: Flutter source compiles locally but has never been packaged for release.

Your mission is straightforward yet time-sensitive:
1. Pull the existing Flutter project, update any dependencies, and point it to the live PHP endpoints.
2. Generate the keystore, sign the build, and create an optimized AAB that passes Play integrity checks.
3. Prepare the Play Store listing (icons, screenshots, descriptions I’ll supply), submit, and guide it through review until it is publicly available.
4. Hand back the final source, keystore, and a short note outlining the steps you took so I can reproduce future releases myself.
