Drivers registered on the platform can view these trip demands in real time and choose the ones that match their availability and route preference. Once a driver accepts the booking, the system confirms it with the agent and assigns the driver to the trip. For each successful ride, the driver pays a fixed commission or percentage-based fee to the platform, ensuring revenue generation for the application owner. The platform also supports an in-app bidding or quote submission system where drivers can submit their price, and agents can select the best option based on cost, rating, or proximity. Agents manage customer inquiries, create demand posts, track trip status, and communicate with drivers through in-app chat or calls, while drivers manage their ride history, commission dues, and live trip status.
