"I need a developer to build a custom application for my used car dealership business. The system must include both a mobile app (Android/iPhone) and a desktop application (Windows) that sync with each other without using paid cloud hosting.
All data, photos, documents, and forms must sync locally between the mobile app and my computer through a secure connection (Wi-Fi or local network).

Mobile App Features
Take photos of receipts, driver licence, purchase documents, RWC, invoices, etc.
Automatically sync all images and data to the desktop app
