"I need a developer who can set up a clean, fast and secure SMM panel—think PerfectPanel or JAP in look and feel—built entirely with PHP and MySQL on the domain and hosting I already own.

Core workflow
• Standard SMM API endpoints must be wired in so that new orders go out and status updates flow back automatically via cron.
• Refill logic and partial-refund handling have to run without manual intervention.
• The front-end dashboard lets users add funds, place orders and open support tickets, while the admin side gives me full control over users, orders and financial activity.
• Gateway support should cover at least one of bKash, Nagad, PayPal or Stripe; if more than one is feasible, even better.

Build quality
Security best-practices, efficient queries and an overall snappy UI are non-negotiable. Code must be modular enough for future feature drops and should be easy for another PHP dev to read.
