"My hand-coded HTML/CSS site is throwing a “Duplicate without user-selected canonical” warning in Google Search Console and I want it gone. I need you to trace the source of the duplication, add or adjust canonical tags, tidy up the sitemap and redirects if necessary, then trigger re-indexing so the warning clears. While you are in there, run a quick on-page SEO sanity check to be sure nothing else would block organic performance.

The second task is tightening the homepage contact form. Right now bots sail through and even blank submissions slip past validation. Please integrate Google reCAPTCHA (my preferred option) and make every single field required on both the client and server sides, without disturbing the current look and feel.

Deliverables (will be used for acceptance):
• Google Search Console shows no “Duplicate without user-selected canonical” issues after re-crawl.
. Clean out pages in index that show as 404 error
• Clean, correctly placed canonical tags and any supporting 301s or sitemap edits committed.
• Homepage contact form protected by reCAPTCHA; blank or bot entries are rejected; styling intact.
• A concise changelog so I know exactly what was modified.
