We are looking for a skilled and reliable Web Developer who can support our team on an on-call and project basis. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in website management, DNS configuration, email authentication, and booking system integrations. This role requires someone who can work quickly, communicate clearly, and ensure that all systems run smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Domain Authentication (High Priority)
Set up and configure BIMI, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records correctly.
Ensure proper domain authentication and alignment across all platforms.
Improve email deliverability and ensure emails do not land in spam.
Set up branded email profile images/logos so they appear consistently for recipients.
Integrate domains, websites, GHL, and email systems to work seamlessly together.
Website & System Development
Maintain and update our website to ensure high stability and zero downtime.
Build or enhance website features using tools like Amelia or similar booking plugins.
Create a smooth, user-friendly checkout and booking experience for clients.
Ensure the system handles time zone alignment correctly for clients in different regions.
Create and manage:
Admin dashboard for client orders
Coupon system
Client credit/booking credit system
Future website integrations and updates
Technical Skills Required
Strong understanding of:
DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
BIMI setup
Domain integrations
Website–email deliverability best practices
Experience with:
WordPress
Amelia or similar booking/appointment systems
GHL (GoHighLevel) integrations
Payment gateways and checkout workflows
Ability to troubleshoot efficiently and keep websites running smoothly.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and responsiveness (on-call availability required).
Ability to work independently and provide proactive solutions.
