I am using the Traveler – Travel Booking WordPress Theme on my website ([login to view URL]). I need a custom feature developed within the WordPress admin dashboard to easily export tour itineraries into a professionally designed PDF.

This PDF will be shared with our guests, so it must look clean, formatted, and aligned with our branding.

Key Requirements:
1. Placement of the Feature

The “Export to PDF” button must be added inside WordPress Admin → Traveler → Tour List.

Each tour entry in the list should have its own Export to PDF option.

2. Functionality Required

When the admin clicks on the Export to PDF button for any tour:

It should fetch all available tour details from the database, including:

Tour title

Featured image / tour gallery

Duration

Overview / description

Day-wise itinerary

Inclusions & exclusions

Price details (if available on admin page)

Important notes

Terms and conditions

The system should generate a well-designed, beautiful PDF file with proper layout, spacing, fonts, and styling.

3. Design Requirements

The generated PDF must:

Look visually appealing and easy to read

Include our branding (logo, colors)

Follow a clean travel-brochure style layout

Support images, tables, and icons where needed

Automatically handle long itineraries (multi-page support)

You may use libraries like TCPDF, FPDF, DOMPDF, mPDF, or any reliable PDF builder.

4. Technical Requirements

Must work smoothly with Traveler theme structure

Must not break any existing functionality

Should be compatible with:

PHP 8.x

Latest WordPress version

Custom post type used by Traveler theme for Tours

Clean, maintainable code (actions, filters, or standalone plugin preferred)

The PDF generation process should not slow down admin panel

5. Deliverables
