"We have a website running on OpenCart 3.0.3.6 with the Journal 3.1.8 theme. On the same server, we want to create a new subdomain such as [login to view URL], install a clean OpenCart 4.x version, and install the Journal theme compatible with OC4.

The database from our existing website will be transferred to the new OC4 installation. We are using 4–5 extensions; I will purchase their OpenCart 4.x compatible versions, and these extensions will also need to be installed.

To maintain user experience, the new site’s frontend design and layout must look exactly the same as our current site. All theme settings, layouts, and visual structures should be replicated to match the existing website.

The developer is also expected to optimize the server configuration for best performance and loading speed.

Once all installations, migrations, checks, and tests are fully completed, we will switch the new site to live mode.
