### **Project Overview**

I need an experienced **[login to view URL]** freelancer to help transition my current website to a **better, Section 508 compliant theme** and finalize its development. The website must have a **clean, professional, and fully accessible layout** that works seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices to include for Iphone and Android displays. Up to 2.5 weeks to complete the project.

### **Scope of Work**

**1. Platform & Theme**

* Use my existing **[login to view URL] paid plan** (Business or eCommerce)
* Apply and customize a new, approved theme
* Ensure the theme is **fully responsive** and **Section 508 compliant**

**2. Design & Branding**

* Integrate my existing logo (Align and Fortify Logo), and fonts.
* See the sample themes attached in this project request - welcome creativity and recommendations about the color theme.
* Replace stock images with **accessible, attractive alternatives** (no real people preferred)
* Ensure **high color contrast**, readable font sizes, and **keyboard-friendly navigation**

**3. Content Integration**

* Populate pages with my existing content (About Us, Services, Contact, Privacy Policy)
* Properly structure headings (H1, H2, etc.) for accessibility
* Proof for layout consistency
* Share **mockups** before final approval

* Ensure the Language change functionality is implemented on the website to provide the user the option. The Languages are Spanish, English, French, Italian, Portuguess.

**4. Functionality**

* Create a "Get In Touch Form"** or an **Intake Form** with:

* Name & Last Name (required)
* Email & Confirm Email (required)
* Phone (optional)
* Message (max 250 characters)
* Service selection (checkbox – 4 options)
* Consent Agreement
* Cookie Consent
* reCAPTCHA
* Submit button
* Form must send a confirmation email to the sender **and** my business email
* Implement **Language Change functionality** for multiple languages
* Ensure **Cookie Consent** tool is functional

Add on the website page for Block for "Capability Statement" which content will be integrated later on. The capability statement page should be included in the Main Menu to help the user to navigate to that page later on.

Main Menu -- must be mobile, tablet, desktop, Android, and Iphone OS friendly. The main menu to navigate pages must point to About Us, Privacy Policies, Intake Form, Capability Statement, Home Page, etc.


**5. Accessibility & Compliance**

* Fully **Section 508 compliant** (WCAG 2.1 Level AA)
* Add semantic HTML, alt text, ARIA landmarks
* Ensure all form fields are labeled and **screen-reader compatible**
* Validate **keyboard-only navigation**
* Run final accessibility checks with **WAVE** or **Lighthouse**

**6. Testing & Final Review**

* Test on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
* Test responsiveness on desktop, tablet, and mobile
* Perform **speed optimization** and quality assurance
* Provide a **demo call** to confirm functionality
