"I am looking for a highly experienced WordPress developer or Sysadmin to troubleshoot a complex migration issue on my local development environment.

The Goal: I have migrated a live WordPress Multisite network to a local Windows 11 machine using XAMPP. The site needs to be accessible publicly via a Cloudflare Tunnel.

The Current Status:

Main Site: ([login to view URL]) loads correctly. The layout is fine, and the wp-admin dashboard works perfectly.

Subsites: (e.g., [login to view URL]) load with a broken layout (CSS/JS 404s) and missing images.

Subsite Admins: Attempting to access any subsite dashboard (e.g., .../1drop/wp-admin/) results in an ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS infinite loop.

The Environment:

OS: Windows 11

Server: XAMPP (Apache 2.4.54, MariaDB 10.4.27, PHP 8.2.0)

WordPress: Multisite (Sub-directory installation)

Connection: Cloudflare Tunnel (cloudflared service) pointing to https://localhost:443 with No TLS Verify enabled.

Local Resolution: Windows hosts file maps the domain to 127.0.0.1.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken (Please Read):
I have performed extensive troubleshooting. The issue persists even after the following:

Plugins & Themes: All plugins (plugins and mu-plugins folders) and the active theme were disabled. The redirect loop still occurs on subsites, indicating a core config or database issue.

SSL/HTTPS:

Added HTTP_X_FORWARDED_PROTO fix to [login to view URL] to handle Cloudflare SSL.

Defined FORCE_SSL_ADMIN as true.

Fixed local PHP SSL verification by updating [login to view URL] ([login to view URL] / [login to view URL]) with a valid cacert.pem.

Database:

Ran "Better Search Replace" to update all URLs from http to https.

Manually verified wp_site and wp_blogs tables (domains are correct).

Manually verified subsite tables (e.g., wp_2_options) ensuring siteurl and home are set to https.

Server Config:

Apache [login to view URL] is correctly set up for Port 443 and 80 pointing to the htdocs root.

Standard WordPress Multisite .htaccess rules applied.

Requirements:
I need someone who understands the interaction between Apache Virtual Hosts, WordPress Multisite Database Structures, and Cloudflare Tunnels.

The Deliverables:

Fix the broken layout on the subsites.

Fix the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS loop on the subsite admin dashboards.

Ensure the site remains accessible via the Cloudflare Tunnel.

Note: This is a local environment on my PC. You must be comfortable guiding me through specific file edits/SQL commands via chat, or we can arrange a screen-sharing session (e.g., AnyDesk/TeamViewer) if necessary.

Optionally I can share the website file via google drive. You can download and setup the website in your own environment, troubleshoot and implement the necessary fixes and then implement those fixes on our local environment.
