About the Role:
You will work full-time from home, Monday through Friday, supporting our software subscribers. Your primary goal is to help users navigate our platform, solve issues quickly, and ensure they understand how to get the most out of our tools. This position is ideal for individuals who are both people-oriented and highly tech-savvy.
Preferred Candidates:
Citizens or permanent residents of English-speaking countries (U.S., Canada, U.K.) are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to subscribers via chat, email, and calls
Guide users step-by-step on how to use our software and apps correctly
Troubleshoot account or platform issues and escalate when needed
Document interactions clearly and follow support procedures
Maintain professionalism and accuracy while meeting performance standards
Qualifications:
Fluent in U.S. English (spoken and written, 90 % +)
Very computer-savvy – comfortable using web platforms, apps, and digital tools
Strong understanding of how software and online systems operate
Ability to quickly learn new applications and explain them clearly to others
Prior customer support experience (SaaS, tech, or subscription-based preferred)
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and headset
Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for professional calls
Available to work Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours
Dependable, patient, and solution-oriented
What We Offer:
Pay $6 per hour 40 hour weeks
Weekly pay in U.S. dollars, directly from a U.S. company and U.S. bank account
