"My social-media app lives in both the App Store and Google Play, and its download numbers are fine—yet the public rating still hovers below where it should be. The assignment centres on App Store Optimisation that raises genuine, positive ratings and reviews, not just raw visibility.

Here’s the scope in plain terms:
• Audit the current store listings on iOS and Android, pinpointing obstacles that deter users from rating 4★ and above.
• Revise keywords, title, subtitle, long description, screenshots and preview video so they reinforce trust, speak to user intent and satisfy App Store Connect / Google Play Console best practices.
• Set up and run A/B experiments (Store Listing Experiments, Product Page Optimisation) to validate which creatives or messages convert users into happy reviewers.
• Implement or improve in-app review prompts, ensuring correct timing and frequency.
• Supply a concise report that tracks baseline metrics, the changes applied, and measurable uplift in rating volume and average score over the first 30 days.
