"I run a busy landscaping company and I’m ready to centralise all of my admin in a single iOS app. The very first milestone is all about polished quotes and invoices. I need to be able to:

• Build an item-by-item list of services and prices
• Pull a customer’s contact details straight from the in-app database or my phone contacts
• Drop in clear payment terms I can edit on the fly
• Instantly generate a branded PDF and send it both as an attachment and as the email body in one tap

Once that core flow is live, the next priority is scheduling. I’ve chosen full two-way sync with Google Calendar, so jobs created or updated in the app must appear in my calendar and vice-versa without conflicts or duplicates.

Looking further ahead, the same platform will:

• Maintain a searchable customer database that stores contact information, service history, payment history with past invoices, plus notes and special instructions
• Track expenses and mileage, talking to the mileage app I already use so figures stay current
• Push SMS notifications to clients when appointments are booked, rescheduled or completed

I’m envisioning this being built natively in Swift or SwiftUI, with PDFKit (or a similar library) for document creation, Google Calendar API for the two-way sync, Core Data or Realm for offline customer records, and something like Twilio for SMS.

For this first milestone, the acceptance criteria are simple: I can open the app, build a quote, hit send, and my client receives a professional-looking PDF and a matching email instantly.
