Accounts & Registration
• Email sign-up, social media login and phone number registration must all be supported.
• Guests can complete the entire checkout without registering, yet still have the option to convert to an account afterward.

Checkout & Payments
• Standard online payment gateways plus Cash-on-Delivery are required.
• The flow should be optimised for mobile as well as desktop, with clear error handling and minimal steps.

Ratings & Reviews
• After purchase, customers can rate both the overall service and each individual product. Star ratings plus written feedback will do. Admin moderation tools are essential.

Admin Dashboard
• Inventory, orders and review management have to be straightforward for non-technical staff.
