"I’m building a new mobile application in the healthcare space and need an experienced business analyst to turn my existing, detailed requirement documents into a crystal-clear, developer-ready package.

You’ll start by reviewing the documentation I already have, then lead a series of short requirement workshops to validate assumptions, spot gaps, and translate everything into precise user stories. From there, I’ll rely on you to map out the complete user flow for each core feature and sketch low-fidelity wireframes that make those flows visual and intuitive.

Throughout the process you’ll work side-by-side with our UI/UX designer—answering product questions, refining screen layouts, and ensuring every visual decision aligns with the functional intent. Once flows and wireframes are approved, you’ll break them down into epics, stories, and tasks and load the full backlog into JIRA so the development team can hit the ground running.

Deliverables I’ll need from you:
• Updated functional specification reflecting workshop outcomes
• End-to-end user flow diagrams (mobile focus)
• Low-fidelity wireframes for each screen/state
• Complete JIRA backlog with epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices is a big plus, as is hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and a wireframing tool such as Figma or Balsamiq or Miro.
