"I’m looking to have a clean, fast-loading static site created to showcase our company. The site’s core goal is straightforward: present clear business information that aligns perfectly with our existing brand guide.

Content wise, it needs three main areas—our history and mission, a concise breakdown of our products and services, and an easy-to-find contact/location section. Everything should follow the typography, color palette, and voice already defined in our style guide, so you’ll have solid direction from the outset.

I’m expecting a modern responsive build (HTML, CSS, a sprinkle of vanilla JS where it helps user experience) that performs well on desktop and mobile, is SEO-friendly, and can be deployed on any standard static host (Netlify, GitHub Pages, or similar).

Deliverables:
