"I’m ready to commission a full-scale ERP that runs as a Windows desktop application. The core goal is to replace scattered spreadsheets and ad-hoc tools with one cohesive system that tracks, automates and reports on every stage of our trading workflow.

Scope of work
• Front-to-back coverage: lead generation, enquiries, sales orders, payments, stock planning, purchase orders, accounting, indirect expenses, human resources and budgeting—each module must flow seamlessly into the next so data is entered once and reused everywhere.
• Primary user groups: Sales & Marketing, Purchasing and Inventory Management, with room to expand into Finance and HR as the modules mature.
• Desktop-first: performance and offline capability matter more to us than browser access, so the solution must install natively on Windows.
• Reporting & analytics: real-time dashboards plus exportable financial, stock and sales reports.
• Security & permissions: role-based access so each department only sees what it needs.
• Scalable architecture: clean code, clear documentation and a modular design that can accommodate future integrations (e.g., e-invoicing, CRM, payment gateways).
