"I’m building a real-money online casino that must pass regulatory scrutiny from day one. The scope covers three tightly-linked areas: designing and coding the slot, card, and roulette games; developing a robust, responsive website that hosts them; and guiding me through every legal checkpoint, from licensing to RNG certification and responsible-gaming disclosures.

On the game side, I need both the visual/UX design and the underlying mechanics created. Provably fair RNG logic, multi-device compatibility (desktop, iOS, Android), and clear integration hooks for payment gateways and KYC modules are mandatory. For the website, think modern lobby, seamless account management, secure wallet, and an admin panel where I can add promotions or new titles without touching code.

Legal compliance is equally critical. I expect support preparing documentation for licensing applications, implementing geo-blocking and age verification, and ensuring all games meet the technical standards of regulated markets (GLI or equivalent labs).
