"I’m running a live PHPProBid marketplace and need a developer who already knows this script inside-out. My immediate goals are:

• Add a phone field to the registration form and trigger a one-time code via WhatsApp message (no SMS fallback needed). The account must remain inactive until the code is confirmed.
• Mirror every existing email notification—registration, offers, bids, invoices, the works—into a matching WhatsApp message so users can choose either channel and never miss an update.
• Troubleshoot and repair the current SMTP configuration; right now messages are simply not leaving the server even though credentials test fine.

You’ll work directly in the current code-base (latest PHPProBid version) and deliver fully tested fixes on a staging copy before I push them live. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Twilio or similar gateways, PHP, MySQL and the script’s internal mailer class is essential.
