"I’m ready to commission a complete learning platform—web first, with companion iOS and Android apps—that mirrors the smooth experience of Udemy or LinkedIn Learning. The heart of the product is high-quality video courses, so seamless upload, encoding, and secure streaming are essential.

At launch I need two distinct user roles: Students, who can browse, purchase or enroll, stream lessons, and leave both ratings and written reviews; and Instructors, who can build curricula, upload videos, manage pricing, and track performance from an intuitive dashboard. An admin back office may come later, but right now the focus is on getting these two roles working flawlessly.

Key deliverables
• Responsive web platform built on a scalable stack (frameworks and languages are up to you, as long as they support high-volume video delivery)
• Native or cross-platform iOS and Android apps that mirror core web functions and sync user progress
• Secure payment and enrollment flow, coupon support, and basic analytics
• Course rating & review system surfaced on each course page and aggregated for search/order logic
• Instructor console for video upload, curriculum management, and sales reporting
