"I’m building a customer-facing mobile app for my car-detailing company in Riyadh and need it to run smoothly on both iOS and Android. The experience should walk users from browsing our full service catalog, through selecting a slot in a real-time booking calendar, to leaving a post-service review that future customers can read. Push notifications for confirmations and reminders, a clean Arabic and english-friendly interface, and room for future add-ons such as in-app payments are all part of the vision.

Please craft a detailed project proposal that explains your recommended tech stack—Flutter, React Native or another modern framework—how you will structure milestones, and the support you can offer after launch. Clarity on timeline, testing strategy, and handover process is important to me.
