"I want to release a no-frills short-video experience on Android. When someone opens the app it should instantly stream the clips I have uploaded—no login screen, no sign-up flow, no likes, shares, or comments. The user simply swipes (or taps) through the queue and watches.

Behind the scenes I need a small web-based admin dashboard where I can:
• upload, reorder, or remove video files;
• see how many users are watching each clip in real time as well as daily active users and other basic usage totals.

That’s the whole scope—just a clean viewing app paired with a lightweight CMS/analytics panel. You’re free to build in Kotlin, Java, Flutter, or another modern Android-friendly stack as long as the final result is stable and easy to maintain.
