"I need a small, reliable Android APK that listens for every incoming SMS and instantly forwards the full message (sender, body, timestamp) to a single phone number I will provide. No filtering is required—every text must go out automatically.

The app has to sit quietly in the background 24/7, survive device reboots, ignore battery-optimization rules, and keep working even if Android tries to kill idle processes. A simple in-app field or editable config file is enough for me to set or change the destination number.

If you build in Java or Kotlin and target the current Android SDK, that would be perfect; feel free to use standard SMS-receive and Telephony APIs or your preferred open-source libraries as long as they remain permission-compliant and Play-Store safe.
