"I want to launch an invitation-only web platform that lets no more than ten verified billionaires privately buy and sell off-market luxury products. Security and exclusivity are everything. Each member must sign in with a conventional email-and-password and then clear two-factor authentication before gaining access.

Once inside, users should be able to browse confidential listings, post their own offers, and negotiate deals through an encrypted messaging area. I also need an admin dashboard where I can approve or revoke memberships, audit activity logs, and manually close a room if a deal is completed.

Your deliverable is a fully functioning, production-ready web application deployed on a secure cloud environment with the following acceptance criteria:
• Email-plus-password login coupled with time-based one-time-password two-factor authentication.
• Hard cap of ten active accounts enforced at the database level.
• SSL everywhere, end-to-end encryption for messages, and masked user identities visible only to me as administrator.
• Clean, intuitive UI that feels premium and works smoothly on modern desktop and mobile browsers.
