• A simple blog with two seperate tabs for cleaning and property management so I can share market tips and company news.
• A clean, easy-to-use form that lets owners or tenants reach out for enquiries or maintenance requests (delivered straight to my inbox).

Commercial-cleaning section
• A service-booking form that captures date, time, premises size and contact details.
• A testimonial carousel or grid I can update myself, helping social proof stay fresh.

Look & feel
Think contemporary, minimal and elegant. I’ll supply the logo and colour palette; you supply the typography, layout and imagery that bring it all together.

Technical expectations
• Mobile-first, SEO-ready code.
• Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).
• Deployed on my current hosting (cPanel); please migrate or rebuild there and hand over all source files.
