"I’m ready to move to the next milestone on my Android app. First, the map screen must display the user’s live GPS position clearly and remain visible while they interact with other elements of the app. Google Maps SDK (or an equally reliable alternative) should be wired up through Android Studio, with all the usual permissions, location accuracy handling, and graceful fall-back for devices that lose signal.

Once that piece is rock-solid, the following milestone is the integration of two local payment gateways so users can pay in-app without being redirected to a browser. Clean, well-documented code and modular architecture are essential because I’ll be expanding the feature set shortly after release.

Please respond with a detailed project proposal that outlines your approach to:
• Building the GPS map view (tools, frameworks, permission strategy).
• Integrating the specified local payment SDKs (initialisation, callbacks, security).
