"I want a lightweight content-management web application built on the latest stable release of PHP CodeIgniter. The project should follow the MVC pattern strictly so future modules can be plugged in without rewriting core files.

Core build requirements
• A clean admin panel that lets me create, edit and delete pages, categories and media.
• Modular structure so additional features such as user authentication, a WYSIWYG editor or SEO tools can be added later without heavy refactoring.

Development notes
– Code must be PSR-12 compliant and clearly documented.
– Front-end should be responsive; Bootstrap is fine, but feel free to propose an alternative.
– I’ll provide a blank VPS with SSH and a fresh MySQL instance for staging; please set up deployment scripts so I can push to production with one command.

Acceptance criteria
1. A fully functioning CMS accessible at /admin with password-protected login.
2. CRUD operations working for pages, categories and media.
3. Source code delivered via private Git repository, each feature on its own branch and a tidy, reviewed main branch ready for release.
