"My iPhone app and its Apple Watch companion are ready for testing, but I need a hand getting everything running smoothly in Xcode. I’ve written the code; now I want to:

• configure signing and provisioning so the project builds cleanly for both iOS and watchOS
• launch the app on simulators and real devices, confirming that the watch extension installs correctly
• walk through an initial smoke-test cycle (basic navigation, data flow, notifications, and phone-watch sync)
• generate an archive suitable for TestFlight or ad-hoc distribution

I already have the full Xcode project and assets organised; what I’m missing is your practical know-how to spot configuration pitfalls, troubleshoot any build errors, and document the exact steps so I can repeat them on my own machine next time.
