"CRM for Maid Agency (Biodata + Matching + Contract Auto Generation)

We are starting a maid agency based in Singapore and we need a custom CRM system to manage the full workflow of


- creating helper biodata (Format provided)
- Managing employer profiles
- matching helpers to employers
- automatically generating contracts using templates (format and contracts provided)

The system must be web-based, user-friendly and mobile-friendly.

Core Modules Required

1.⁠ ⁠Helper Management Module

System must allow admin/staff to:
• Add/edit helper biodata
• Upload photos & documents
• Track status (New → Training → Available → Shortlisted → Selected → Deployed)
• Search & filter helpers by experience, nationality, age, skills, salary, etc.

2.⁠ ⁠Employer Management Module

System must store employer details:
• Family information
• Job requirements
• Salary/off day offered
• Special instructions

3.⁠ ⁠Matching Module
• Search helpers based on employer needs
• Add multiple helpers to “Shortlist”
• Mark helper as “Selected” for an employer
• Prevent double-booking of helpers

4.⁠ ⁠Contract Auto-Generation Module
• I will provide the contract templates
• System must auto-insert helper + employer info
• One-click “Generate Contract”
• Export to PDF and Word

5.⁠ ⁠Dashboard & Reports
• Overview of helper statuses
• New employers
• Pending matches
• Placements per month

6.⁠ ⁠User Roles
• Admin: full access
• Staff: limited access
• Partner (optional): upload helpers from training centres
