"I’m ramping up our paid-social presence and need a sharp pair of hands to own everything around Meta ads—concept through optimisation. Your first focus will be producing scroll-stopping creatives and getting campaigns live inside Meta Business Suite.

Here’s what I’ll lean on you for day to day:

• Design ad creatives in all three formats I currently deploy—images, short videos and punchy text. Feel free to tap AI tools such as Midjourney, Canva Magic Design or Adobe Firefly so long as the final assets look on-brand.
• Build and launch campaigns in Ads Manager: audiences, objectives, budgets, placements, tracking pixels—the full setup.
• Watch performance like a hawk, reporting back on CPM, CTR, CPA and ROAS, then tweak copy, creative or targeting to keep results on track.

Strong copywriting is important; I’ll need headlines, primary text and CTAs that match each creative. If you also have ideas for LinkedIn or email nurture flows, that’s a bonus we can tackle once Meta is humming.

To keep us aligned, I’ll provide brand guidelines, past winners/losers and weekly targets. You’ll update me with a quick Loom or report each Friday summarising tests run, data insights and next steps.
