"I am looking for a Joomla developer to create a complete website on my hosting (Joomla must be used, no other CMS).

What needs to be done:

Install Joomla on my hosting
Install and configure a modern template (Helix, Astroid, YOOtheme or other recommended)
Create basic website structure (Home, About, Services, Contacts — to be discussed)
Setup menu, modules and responsive layout
Add content (I will provide text) ...or demo content (I will add the real text later)
Make sure everything works on desktop and mobile

Very important:
I must receive full administrator access to the Joomla backend
I must receive all working files, including:
full website folder (public_html)
database export (.sql)
template files
custom modules or CSS, if used
