"Hey everyone,
I’m looking for a reliable and motivated Cold Callers to join our small but fast-growing web development operation. We build custom websites (mainly e-commerce) for cafés, restaurants, and bakeries across the UK, US, Canada, and South Korea. The goal is simple: help small businesses get a proper online presence without any hassle.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Calling small businesses (cafés, restaurants, bakeries) in specific regions
• Pitching our £500 e-commerce website package (includes 1-year domain + 1-year Shopify subscription)
• Securing deposits and passing the lead details to me
• Keeping track of calls, leads, and client responses in a simple tracker
• Finding new leads online (Google, directories, social platforms)

This role is fully remote and 100% commission-based to start. If you perform well over the first 2 months, it can turn into a base salary + higher commissions.

Requirements
• Fluent English (spoken + written)
• Confident on the phone
• Consistent, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Sales/cold-calling/customer service experience is a plus
• Active communicator (I need someone who actually responds)
• Stable device + internet
• Applicants from the UK or South Korea are strongly preferred

Compensation
• 15% commission per closed deal (that’s £75 per sale)
• No earning cap
• Payments via Payoneer or Wise
• Growth potential: base salary + higher commission once consistent results are shown
