"I want to launch a clean, user-friendly online store focused on beauty: mainly pedicure and manicure items with room to add other cosmetic lines as the catalogue grows. Beyond classic product pages, cart and checkout, the site must let visitors reserve in-store treatment slots in real time, then cancel or reschedule on their own if needed. Each change has to trigger an instant alert to the salon team so we can adjust staff and inventory on the spot.

Core goals
• Modern, responsive storefront where I can upload products, organise them by category, run discounts and accept secure card payments.
• Integrated booking calendar showing live availability, with automated e-mail/SMS notifications on new bookings and cancellations.
• Single back-office dashboard (or easily connected systems such as WooCommerce + Bookly, Shopify + Sesami, or a custom Laravel/Vue stack) so my team can track orders and appointments without jumping between tools.
• Fast load times, simple navigation, and SEO-ready structure so customers can find us and check out smoothly on mobile.

Deliverables
• Fully deployed website on my hosting/domain.
• Admin credentials plus written instructions (or short Loom video) showing how to add products and manage the calendar.
• One round of post-launch fixes for bugs discovered in the first week.
