"I’m launching a dedicated gateway for people planning their Iceland adventure and need a secure, mobile-first site where visitors can book tours, activities and ground transportation in one seamless flow. The look and feel should be unmistakably Icelandic—traditional patterns, folklore-inspired accents and rich local photography—while still guiding users with a clean, intuitive interface.

What I’m after:
• A flexible CMS build (WordPress or comparable) that includes real-time availability, payment processing and instant confirmation emails.
• An easy-to-use back-office where my team can add new excursions, adjust capacity, set seasonal prices and track reservations without touching code.
• A light marketing foundation—on-page SEO essentials, Google Analytics and the option to extend into email and social campaigns—so we’re ready to scale reach ahead of next summer.

Acceptance criteria:
1. End-to-end booking tested with Stripe (sandbox).
2. Mobile load speed under three seconds (PageSpeed Insights).
3. Final visuals approved against the traditional-and-cultural mood board I’ll provide.
