"I am setting up a fully licensed manpower-supply agency in Qatar that will recruit motorbike riders online from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal and several African countries. The project has two equally important tracks:

1) build a recruitment portal that handles every step of the hiring funnel;
2) design and run a media strategy that fills that funnel with qualified riders.

Platform scope
• Fully responsive site with mobile-first UX (our applicants apply almost exclusively by phone).
• Integrated application-tracking system so I can see every candidate’s status at a glance.
• Document-upload section where riders submit driving licences, passports and fee receipts.
• Self-service interview scheduler that syncs with Zoom or Google Meet.
• Admin dashboard for job posting and analytics.

HR & training layer
Because we will offer Recruitment & Staffing, HR Consulting and dedicated Training & Development services, the portal must accommodate:
• Technical skills modules focused on safe motorbike handling and delivery apps.
• Soft-skills workshops covering customer service and basic English/Arabic.
• Compliance & safety training required by Qatar’s labour regulations.

Marketing leadership
I also need a media-marketing strategist who can:
• Map the digital channels that reach riders in our target countries.
• Create and manage campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, regional job boards) that convert at the lowest cost per hire.
• Build a brand narrative that assures candidates we are a licensed, trustworthy agency—able to process visas and charge reasonable consultation/manpower fees.

Ideal partner
You have launched recruitment agencies or job portals before, understand the South-Asian labour market, and can blend web development with HR process design. If you also bring paid-media expertise—or can manage someone who does—let’s talk.
