"Daily payment flows need a streamlined, reliable manager devoted to financial transactions alone. The brief is intentionally narrow: handle payment processing end-to-end, without any budgeting or invoicing modules.

Your work should:
• Intake, validate, authorise and record each payment.
• Provide a secure, auditable log that staff can query or export.
• Expose clean REST or GraphQL endpoints so the service can slot into our existing stack.

Supported methods must at minimum accommodate cards, and I’m open to adding bank transfers or digital wallets if it can be done cleanly without bloat. Security, speed and clear documentation are essential acceptance criteria.
