"My PHP-based website runs PayU and I need a clean hand-off of two things:

• First, download and package every file related to the current PayU integration so I can archive it safely.
• Second, roll back a set of old configuration files that I’ll provide (no database rollbacks are required).

You will have full database access if you need to verify connection strings or test the restored configs. Once the configs are in place, make sure the PayU payment flow still works end-to-end and that no settings are lost.
