"I want to turn my learning-management concept into a polished mobile experience that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core of the app will revolve around three pillars: delivering course content, running student quizzes and assessments, and showing clear progress reports for every learner.

At the moment I have a strong vision but no formal wireframes, so the first step is UI/UX collaboration—sketching screens, refining user flows, and agreeing on a clean, intuitive design language before writing a line of code. Cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native suit the timeline and budget, yet I’m open to native Swift/Kotlin if there’s a convincing reason. Whichever stack is chosen, maintainable code, modular architecture, and clean API integration are non-negotiable.

Once design approval is in place, development should move swiftly through iterative sprints, with milestone builds shared via TestFlight and internal Android tracks for feedback. Analytics hooks, push notifications, and secure user authentication need to be baked in from the outset so that progress tracking is accurate and real-time.
