The site needs a complete front- and back-end build, performance tuning, and a smart product-recommendation engine so visitors always see the most relevant items.

Scope of work
The job starts with selecting or creating a lightweight, mobile-first WooCommerce theme, then configuring product categories, attributes, variable products, secure payments, shipping rules, and taxes. From there, I need custom code (or the right plugin mix) that delivers real-time product recommendations on product pages and in the cart. Core pages must score highly on Google PageSpeed and pass Web Vitals, while the checkout flow stays friction-free.

Key deliverables
• Custom or child theme installed, styled to match existing brand assets
• Product-recommendation feature live and tested (cross-sell, upsell, and “people also bought”)
• Speed and SEO optimisation (caching, minification, schema, XML sitemap)

Acceptance criteria

3. Checkout completes end-to-end with Stripe and PayPal in sandbox mode.
