"I’m starting from a blank canvas in FlutterFlow and need a full-fledged real estate app put together. The core scope is to get a clean, scalable foundation in place and wire up two key modules right away: robust user-profile management (registration, authentication, editable profiles) and seamless in-app messaging so buyers, sellers, and agents can talk without leaving the platform.

Because this is a fresh project, you’ll set up the FlutterFlow project structure, link it to Firebase (or the backend you prefer for real-time data). Navigation, responsive layouts, and basic state management should all follow FlutterFlow best practices; I don’t want to wrestle with rework down the line.

Deliverables
• A FlutterFlow project file ready to run on iOS, Android, and Web
• User profile module: sign-up/login, profile edit, avatar upload, secure data storage
• In-app messaging module: real-time chat, push notifications, unread counters

Acceptance criteria: the app must build successfully from your repository, the two modules must be fully functional with test users, and the code base must remain entirely within FlutterFlow (no custom native plugins unless discussed first).
