"I’m building an online portal dedicated to our PVTG tribal community so everyone can see what’s happening, talk about it, and hold on to the knowledge we’re gathering along the way. The heart of the site will be event listings—festivals, meetings, workshops—presented in a calendar or map view that’s easy to filter by date, location, or theme.

To make those listings come alive, the platform needs three key capabilities: secure user registration and login, threaded discussion forums, and a searchable resource library where approved members can upload PDFs, photos, audio, or video. A mobile-first interface, Unicode support for English and our local language, plus a simple admin dashboard for moderating users, posts, and resources are essential.

I favour modern open-source stacks (React or Vue with Node/Express or Django and a relational database), but I’m open to other ideas if you explain the benefit.

Deliverables
• A fully functional portal deployed on the hosting we agree on
• Source code in a Git repo with clear setup instructions
• A brief video walkthrough and written admin guide
