"I want a clean, responsive website for a diagnostic laboratory built with plain HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and PHP. The look should be professional yet welcoming, with fast load times and mobile-first layouts throughout.

Site structure
Please create the following public sections, each accessible from a top nav and fully styled to match our branding:

Core features
• Appointment booking: patients choose tests, pick a time slot and receive an email/SMS confirmation.
• User accounts: simple registration, secure login (PHP sessions, hashed passwords) and a dashboard where users can review or cancel appointments.
• Blog / Delta News: WYSIWYG editor in the admin area, SEO-friendly URLs, category tags and search.
• Gallery: lightweight image grid with a modal lightbox.
• Admin panel: manage pages, blog posts, images, users and all bookings from one place. MySQL is fine for storage; keep third-party dependencies minimal.

Acceptance criteria
1. All pages render correctly on modern desktop and mobile browsers.
2. Booking flow tested end-to-end, including email confirmation.
3. Registration, login, logout and password reset verified.
4. Admin can add/edit/delete blog posts, images and appointments without touching code.
5. Source code delivered with a README explaining setup and database import.
