Scope of work
• Switch the current palette to a clean neutral scheme (grays and whites) across all style sheets.
• Refresh the header, footer, button/link styles, and the background styling for each section so the whole site feels cohesive.
• Replace the existing logo plus two static images with the new files I will supply.
• Update two or three short text blocks (content will be provided).

Acceptance
– All pages should render the new neutral theme consistently on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
– No PHP backend logic should break; forms and dynamic elements must continue to work exactly as before.
– New assets must load from the correct paths, with no broken links.
