Project description:
"I’m building a recruitment site for HR’s Syndicate and want the very first screen to feel like you’ve stepped onto an empty 1970s street just seconds before something happens. The scene opens on that retro backdrop; a lone shooter walks in from the right edge, saunters left, then whips around and fires nine shots. Each bullet freezes mid-air, staying visible, and the industry name is embedded directly on its surface so visitors instantly see the sectors we hire for.
A few practical points:
• The overall look must scream Retro 1970s—faded signage, grainy colours, subtle film-noise, the works.
• Bullets remain onscreen after impact; no floating tags, no hover labels—text is part of the projectile graphic itself.
• I’ll give you the final list of nine industries; make the code simple enough for me to swap wording later.
• Smooth, lightweight animation is vital. Feel free to use vanilla CSS/JS, GSAP or Canvas—whatever keeps page load quick while staying compatible with modern browsers.
• Deliver the hero as a self-contained section (HTML, CSS, JS plus any assets) that I can drop into my existing website. Include clear comments so I can tweak colours, timing and paths down the road.
• It should scale gracefully to tablet and mobile; if you need to adjust the choreography for small screens just let me know.
When I load [login to view URL] and see the street, the shooter, and nine labelled bullets frozen in place, the job is done." (client-provided description)
