"The Unionized Kingdom—an exclusive network of high-net-worth members—now needs a dedicated productivity mobile app that launches simultaneously on iOS and Android. The goal is to streamline daily operations for this private circle through secure scheduling, encrypted messaging, shared task boards, and resource approvals, all wrapped in a polished, intuitive interface.

Scope
• Cross-platform build is preferred for maintenance speed, yet I’m open to twin native editions if that delivers higher performance or security.
• Core features: biometric sign-in with MFA, calendar sync (Outlook & Google), real-time encrypted chat, role-based task boards, push notifications, and an in-app admin console.
• A clean CI/CD pipeline, automated tests, and store-ready builds are part of the deliverable set.

1. Wireframes and an interactive prototype for sign-off

3. Test suite plus CI/CD scripts
